About This Event

The Marion Institute is thrilled to welcome Farmer Scott Codey and Farm Program Manager Hannah Traggis! Join us for a simple brown bag lunch and conversation with them, followed by a carpool up to Frogfoot Farm – Neighbors Feeding Neighbors. Learn the latest about the farm plan and details on upcoming volunteer opportunities.

When: Wednesday, August 14 at 12:00 noon
Where: Box Mill Hall - 150 Tihonet Road, Wareham 02571 (Parking in the lot across from Box Mill Hall)
What: You bring your lunch and beverage (or order ahead at Makepeace Farms Café)
Timing: We will start introductions in Box Mill promptly at 12:00 noon, so please plan your arrival and meal accordingly. We’ll offer a brief presentation and Q &A before asking guests to buddy up and carpool to the farm site to see the progress we’ve made. There we’ll walk the site and continue the conversation. We anticipate wrapping things up at 2:00 PM.

Brief Bios

Most recently Hannah worked with an upscale landscape design firm in greater Boston and she is still active in a volunteer-run community garden in MetroWest.
