Clay for Kids

Ready to get your fingers muddy? This fun class teaches students the fundamentals of hand-building as they create a variety of projects using coiling, pinching, and slab-building techniques. They will also learn how to decorate and glaze their projects. Students can work at their own pace as they explore their imagination through clay. Supplies are included in the tuition fee.
Instructor: Mellissa Ross
Mellissa Ross teaches kids to hand-build with clay and has led the winter class for about eight years. Clay is her favorite medium.
