If you are experiencing a loss by miscarriage, stillbirth or death of an infant up to 13 months of year of age and are in need of financial assistance, Maddie’s Footprints would like to help. Assistance is available for Funeral Expenses, and Professional Grief Counseling.
Eligibility Requirements:
Every application must undergo a review process, and is not automatically approved. A Maddie’s Footprints representative will let your chosen funeral home know if the application is approved.
Must be miscarriage, stillbirth, or death of an infant up to one year of age.
If you have received a prognosis where you will need support as you anticipate the loss of your baby you are eligible for Anticipatory Grief.
Must be resident of one of the following Acadiana parishes:
Lafayette
Vermillion
Iberia
St. Landry
Acadia
Avoyelles
Evangeline
Jeff Davis
St. Martin
St. Mary
