About This Event

Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month: Young Minds Matter

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the program will feature an inspiring dialogue with top clinical psychologists Dr. Alec Miller, APF Board Chair and Founder of Cognitive Behavioral Consultants; Dr. Camilo Ortiz, Prof. of Clinical Psychology at Long Island University; and Dr. Miguelina German, Director of Pediatric Behavioral Health at Montefiore Medical Center. The conversation will be moderated by NBC News Correspondent Kate Snow and will feature an audience Q&A. Together, we’ll dive deep into the powerful effects of technology and societal pressures on today’s youth, and how parents can help young people cope.

Connect with a diverse group of supporters, mental health experts, and influential leaders from both the business and community sectors, all while helping APF continue its vital work of increasing access to mental health resources for underserved young people.

Don’t miss this opportunity for meaningful discussions, exciting networking, and giving back as we unite to champion the mental health of the next generation.

Join us for Young Minds Matter and become part of a movement that ensures mental health support is within reach for every young person who needs it!
