Featuring an open bar, hors d'oeuvres, dessert and visual art silent auction with pieces from Next Act, all proceeds go toward the Foundation, driving our mission to change and save lives by increasing access to proven, successful mental health interventions.

About Chris Redd:

Redd was a repertory player on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” for 5 seasons, and he is the co-creator, writer, and star of Peacock’s scripted comedy series, “Bust Down.”

He hosts Netflix’s high octane automotive makeover series “Resurrected Rides,” and his one-hour stand up special, “Why Am I Like This?” is streaming on HBO MAX. Chris’ original Audible scripted podcast “Head Case” which he co-created, wrote and voiced was released last year. He received the Emmy Award in 2018 for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics for the “SNL” song “Come Back, Barack.”

Film credits include: Amazon’s “Merv” alongside Zooey Deschanel and Charlie Cox, “Candy Cane Lane,” starring opposite Eddie Murphy, Universal’s “Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping,” “Vampires vs. the Bronx,” and “Scare Me.”

Additional television credits include “Power Book III: Raising Kanan” (Starz), “Kenan” (NBC), “#1 Happy Family USA” (Amazon), “Disjointed” (Netflix), “Detroiters” (Comedy Central),  “Big Mouth” (Netflix), and “Wet Hot American Summer” (Netflix).

Chris will next be seen in the upcoming film “Focker In-Law” opposite Ben Stiller.

About Next Act Art Group:

Nine New York City women artists came together more than a decade ago,
united by a shared commitment to supporting, challenging, and expanding
their individual art practices. Over the years, the group has grown into a
dynamic collective of painters, mixed-media collage artists, and sculptors
whose work reflects a wide range of perspectives, techniques, and creative
voices.

Together they have exhibited in acclaimed group shows in New York City
and East Hampton, while many members have also presented solo
exhibitions in galleries and cultural spaces across the country. Their
artwork can be found in numerous private collections and continues to
resonate with collectors and audiences alike for its originality, depth, and
expressive power.

Beyond their creative work the artists share a strong commitment to giving
back to the community through art. Each year, the group selects an
exceptional non-profit organization or charitable foundation (God’s Love
We Deliver, The Peconic Land Trust, Camp Sunshine) to generate
through the donation of artwork meaningful financial assistance.
This year, Next Act Art is honored to support Access Psychology
Foundation and the critically important work it does with at-risk teenagers
and their families.

We warmly invite you to join us for an inspiring evening of art, comedy, and
community. Eat, drink, and bid on art! Your presence will make a
meaningful difference and contribute to the continued impact of this vital organization.
