Support Action Camp 2024

About This Event

Join us in support of Action Camp, where students from across Illinois come together for five days of youth-led workshops, social events, and community building. This year, we're excited to gather in person from Monday, July 29 through Friday, August 2, 2024.

Please select "Get Tickets" to make a donation at one of the levels listed below.

Our largest annual convening of youth leaders, Action Camp is co-hosted with Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook. Together, we create a space often described as “magical” where young people see their identities reflected back at them, sharpen their critical lens, strengthen their own anti-oppressive frameworks, actively skill-share, and practice creating spaces in the world where all identities are safe, supported, affirmed and celebrated. Action Camp is open to youth leaders who are rising 8th graders through rising seniors in high school.

“The amount of queer joy, community, empowerment, learning, and peace I saw and experienced at camp is what keeps me going. Action Camp makes me feel excited for my own future, and leaves me with the radical idea that a better world is possible.”  ~ Action Camp 2023 Youth Leader

No campers are ever turned away from Action Camp for lack of funds, and your support helps to make this possible!

Thank you so much!
