Featuring The Center for Conflict Resolution

We're excited to welcome The Center for Conflict Resolution for our afternoon workshop.

This 2-hour workshop will help Administer Justice volunteers build confidence and skill in managing conflict with compassion. CCR facilitators will explore why conflicts arise and how to address them using interest-based negotiation, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), and CCR’s Framing Tool for de-escalation. Participants will learn to recognize their own conflict styles, start tough conversations more effectively, and apply their learning through a realistic scenario tailored to the volunteer experience.
