Join Orlando's Office Basketball Tournament!
Businesses and non-profit organizations have an opportunity to form teams of 3-4 Players to participate in the TeamUP! Corporate 3x3 Basketball Tournament. This is the perfect opportunity to have fun while participating in team building/strengthening, friendly competition and establishing life-long comradery with co-workers. Promoting health and wellness in the workplace and throughout our community.
TeamUP FSL is a not-for-profit organization. We pride ourselves in offering the wonderful learning opportunity of structured sports at a discounted price to so many kids that may never receive that opportunity, or who may receive it too late. Promote your business by participating in our Corporate 3x3 Basketball Tournament with a maximum for 4 players per team. The First and Second Rounds are Double Elimination. Matches will be 10-minute games with two 30-second Timeouts per team, a running clock, and a 24-second shot clock. The clock will stop ONLY during out of bounds and Timeouts. Substitutions can happen during any dead ball situation prior to the ball inbounding back into the game. The ball will alternate possession after each score; the other team will input the ball. The Final Round will be a 14-minute game with two 60-second Timeouts per team.
The first team to score 21 points instantly wins the match. If neither team reaches the threshold, the team with more points by the end of the 10 or 14 minutes is victorious. If there is a tie at the end of 10 or 14 minutes, score an additional 7 points first, or have the most points at the end of 5 additional minutes will be victorious. A win will be considered 3 points. The Team with the most points (combining all games played) will advance to the next round. If a tie still exists within the point systems, the number of total baskets will be considered.
