We’ll use a few simple archetypes like the Hero, the Rebel, and the Explorer as jumping‑off points. Just themes that help you get out of your head and into the fun of making.
You’ll pick the archetype that feels right for you (or the one that simply makes you smile) and let it guide your mixed‑media piece. We’ll collage, paint, scribble, layer, tear, glue, whatever feels good in the moment. The whole idea is to follow your curiosity and let the art lead the way.
You’ll leave with a mixed‑media piece that feels like you, and a spark of insight and calm to carry with you.
