Presented by Hitchcock Center for the Environment

Forest Bathing with Todd Lynch - Fall 2025

About This Event

Forest Bathing

Thursday, October 16,  5:30-7:30pm

Sunday, November 2, 2-4pm

Connecting with nature has the benefits of reducing anxiety, easing stress and rekindling a sense of wonder. In this meditative experience, modeled on Forest Bathing, we’ll explore the woods around the Hitchcock Center at the magical hours of a spring evening and/or morning.  While in this magical setting, we’ll spend time with marvelous plants and practice engaging our senses through guided prompts. Slowing down, listening and exploring the intentional connections thriving in nature help to bring us into closer relationship with our surroundings and with ourselves. There is hardly a better antidote for these times!   Space is limited.  One session $25 or $40 for both sessions.
