A curated day trip and special collaboration between current members of FOCA (Friends of Contemporary Art) & PRISM, a literary arts initiative of the Laura Riding Jackson
Foundation.
Destinations include the Miami Design District, the Institute of Contemporary Art (I.C.A.), and the Perez Museum or Rubell Collection. Participants may also want to pop into the very cool Dale Zine independent bookshop around the corner from the ICI.
$150 per person round trip from Vero to Miami on a private chartered bus.
Bus departs Vero at 9 am. Returns to Vero at 10 pm.
Each participant is responsible for paying for their own lunch, dinner, and museum admissions.
Don’t forget your VBMA member card for any reciprocals.
Those attendees inspired to do so are encouraged to follow up and write/create from what is seen/experienced. On a date TBD we will get together at a social gathering at the LRJF Writing Center to share the results of that inspiration.
