Aimee Beam is the founder of Beam Philanthropy Partners, a consulting firm that helps nonprofits strengthen fundraising strategy, engage donors, and grow sustainable revenue. 

With more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience, Aimee is known for blending practical strategy with humor, energy, and real-world insight. Aimee is a national speaker and consultant who works with nonprofits ranging from emerging organizations to complex multi-site agencies. 

Aimee holds a master’s degree in nonprofit administration from Louisiana State University with a concentration in philanthropy. She is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) with advanced fundraising management training that she puts into motion for both clients and community.
