With no existing template to contrast our journey, it has presented challenges and new paths to forge; however, on this journey, our steps are continually ordered, and with patience and perseverance, RGI can continue to serve as a cornerstone for community growth while evolving to meet the needs of those in need.

The RGI platform has proven its message, and interest has extended throughout the United States and Abroad. The local community continues to benefit through these efforts, combined with worker development, career training, and community engagement programs.
