APDA Virginia Second Annual Putting Out Parkinson's

The 2026 Putting Out Parkinson's Golf Tournament is an annual golf fundraising event benefitting the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) Virginia Chapter, and supporting those who live with Parkinson’s disease (PD).

Funds raised will enable APDA Virginia to continue providing information, education, and support to those impacted by PD and fund scientific research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and ultimately the cure. Every dollar raised makes a significant difference.

When: Thursday, OCTOBER 29th Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. Shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.

Your Dollars At Work

  • Provide critical education to people living with Parkinson’s and their families in Virginia
  • Fund research: APDA has contributed $313 million to scientific research and has been a funding partner in almost every major Parkinson’s scientific breakthrough over the past 55 years.
  • Offer support groups & support services throughout the state of Virginia.
  • Fund exercise and wellness classes including boxing, therapeutic art and speech programs, and a new evidence-based group fitness program.
  • APDA Virginia partners with Sentara Health, Riverside Health, Bon Secours Health, the University of Virginia, and Virginia Commonwealth University to offer newly diagnosed and advanced care services and referrals to those living with Parkinson’s, their families, and healthcare workers.
