December 1 has been observed worldwide since 1988 to remember those we’ve lost to AIDS, support people living with HIV, and renew our shared commitment to prevention, treatment, and reducing stigma.

In El Paso County, more than 1,300 individuals are reported to be living with HIV. The Southern Colorado Health Network (SCHN) provides comprehensive services including medical linkage, case management, dental care, behavioral health, food and nutrition support, housing assistance, and prevention programs.

Your donation helps our neighbors stay healthy, engaged in care, and connected to community.
