As a survivor of sexual assault, I turned to my love of running as means to restore control while strengthening my body and mind.  I'm honored to represent The Army of Survivors through a sport that has been so transformative and empowering. 

It's time to shine a light on and hold accountable the institutions that have turned a blind eye to the systematic abuse of athletes while providing support and resources for those who have suffered in silence.
