Reunion Weekend 2025 is a wonderful chance to rediscover what made Blue Mountain "home" for you and to renew your lifelong connection to this special place. We are thrilled to welcome our BMCU alumni back to the hill. This year's reunion will celebrate undergraduate class years ending in a 5 or 0, including the Class of 1975 induction to the Golden Flame Society.

Alumni, friends, and family members will gather on campus to reconnect with friends and classmates and see how BMCU has grown into the university it is today. Reunion Weekend events include class meetings, campus tours, and special events.

2025 Schedule of Events

Thursday: Kickoff Reunion Weekend in Style!

Alumni, arrive early and get a head start on the fun! Early dorm room check-in will be available until 3:30 pm, so you can settle in and prepare for a great time.

Thursday Evening:

  • 5:00 pm—Palmer-Donnell House Guild Annual Meeting: The Guild invites all members and those interested in joining to an inspiring meeting at the Palmer-Donnell House. All are welcome to attend and connect!
  • 6:30 pm—Light Summer Time Supper: Enjoy a delicious, laid-back supper for those arriving on Thursday. It’s the perfect way to kick off the reunion!
  • 7:30 pm – Game Night with the 50-Year Class: Join the fun in Ray Dining Hall after dinner for a classic game night hosted by the 50-year reunion class. Everyone’s invited—bring your competitive spirit and a love for fun games!

Friday: Full of Surprises and Fun!

  • 7:30 am – Early Bird Coffee & Light Breakfast: Start your day with coffee and a light breakfast in Ray Dining Hall, exclusively for Thursday night guests.
  • 9:00 am – Registration Opens: Head to the Admin Foyer to check in and grab your event materials. Afterward, swing by the SUB for light refreshments for all registrants.
  • 11:00 am – Golden Flame Luncheon: Join the 50-year reunion class for a special Annual Golden Flame Luncheon in Ray Dining Hall. Celebrate the milestone and reconnect with old friends over a delicious meal.
  • 1:00 pm—Campus Bus Tours or Sit & Sip Session: Hop on a campus bus tour to explore the beautiful grounds, or if you prefer to relax, join us for a sit-and-sip session in the SUB to hear exciting updates about BMCU’s plans for Fall 2025.
  • 2:00–4:00 pm – Reunion Row Celebration: Head to the lawn to celebrate Reunion Row! In honor of the Golden Flame Class of 75, we’ll have a refreshing icy treat machine (because who doesn’t love a sweet treat?) and live music to get you into the reunion spirit!

           (In case of rain, we will gather all reunion classes indoors)

  • 3:30 pm – Lifetime Member Tea with Dr. McMillin: Lifetime members, join Dr. McMillin for a delightful tea at the Palmer-Donnell House. It’s a unique chance to connect and reflect on your time at BMCU.
  • 4:00 pm—Palmer-Donnell House Open House: Come to the Palmer-Donnell House for an open house and stroll through this historic gem.
  • 5:00 pm – Sing & Dine Casual Supper: Enjoy a relaxed, family-friendly dinner at Ray Dining Hall. It’s a great way to unwind and mingle with fellow alumni, followed by a lively Follies performance to keep the fun going!

Saturday: Reunion Wrap-Up, Full of Gratitude and Celebration

  • 7:00 am – Coffee in Ray Dining Hall: Rise and shine with a fresh cup of coffee to start your Saturday.
  • 7:30 am—Breakfast: Ray Dining Hall will serve a full breakfast.
  • 9:30 am – Alumni Association Annual Meeting: Join us at the MLB Auditorium for the annual meeting. It’s an excellent opportunity to learn about what’s happening at BMCU and get involved!
  • 11:00 am – Alumni Awards Luncheon: Celebrate the incredible achievements of our 2025 Alumni Award recipients. Join us in Ray Dining Hall for a luncheon honoring those who have significantly impacted their fields and beyond.
