Care Partner Connection is a virtual eight-week program that brings Parkinson’s care partners together for emotional support and sharing. Facilitated by a credentialed mental health professional, this program offers a space to share feelings and learn more about PD caregiving considerations. Participants in the program will come away with practical resources and confidence in planning for the future.
