Andrea Accetta

Andrea Accetta was a treasured member of the YMCA of Middletown family. She touched both of our branches with her warm presence, her steady kindness, and her deep commitment to the people we serve. Andrea believed in community. She believed in connection. And she believed in showing up for others in ways that truly mattered.

Her life was a reminder that the Y is more than a place. It is a home built on compassion, dignity, and support for every child and family that walks through our doors. Andrea lived that mission every day.

To honor her legacy, we invite you to support a cause that reflects her heart. Gifts made in Andrea’s memory will provide summer camp scholarships for children who would otherwise not have the opportunity. Each scholarship opens the door to a summer filled with outdoor play, friendships, swimming, exploration, and the confidence that comes from trying something new.
