The Story Behind the Ann Eubank Health Scholarship

This scholarship is for a full-time undergraduate or graduate Chickasaw student enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a major in health care. Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Ms. Ann Eubank was an original enrollee who desired to assist a Chickasaw student in the health care field. This was the Foundation’s first scholarship.
