Your commitment to our mission will help, house, and give hope to people struggling with homelessness, people with disabilities, children and families, and those with low incomes in our local communities.

Help: We provide on average, help to over 35 households each day who need housing resources. Our caring Housing Navigators, Case Managers, and Housing Educators work one-on-one with individuals and families to help with everything from a single need to comprehensive long-term support

House: We connect thousands of people each year to our network of affordable housing, short-term and long-term rentals, homeownership options, and supportive and accessible homes for people with disabilities.

Hope: Once housing is secured, CHN works hand-in-hand with the people we serve, in their pursuit of healthcare and mental health treatment, education, employment, financial stability, and overall quality of life.
