About This Event
This group exercise class is designed for individuals with Parkinson's Disease (PD) seeking a fun and challenging workout. This class incorporates workout circuits and cardio activities at a moderate to higher intensity. Participants must be able to walk unassisted and tolerate a 45-minute class with short rest breaks.

Time: 11:00 am -11:45 am
Cost: $70 ($60 for Shoreview residents)
