Virtual Care Partner Connection Program

The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) Minnesota Chapter is pleased to offer the Care Partner Connection Program, a supportive 8-week virtual program designed specifically for care partners of individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. This program provides education, connection, and a safe space for care partners to share experiences, learn practical strategies, and support one another while navigating the challenges of caregiving.

Care Partner Connection focuses on the unique emotional, physical, and relational aspects of caregiving, while also emphasizing self-care, resilience, and community. Participants will engage in guided discussions and educational conversations that promote understanding, confidence, and connection with others who truly understand the caregiving journey.
