Join the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) Minnesota Chapter, as we kick off our education series Navigating Parkinson's: PD & PT. APDA will partner with HealthPartners rehabilitation professionals to discuss specialized exercise and wellness instruction for people with Parkinson’s disease. This program is designed for people with PD, their care partners, family, and friends.
