Virtual PRESS™ Program
The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) Minnesota Chapter is proud to offer the Parkinson’s Roadmap for Education and Support Services (PRESS™) Program, a free 8-week program designed for people diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease within the last 5 years.
This unique program combines education about living well with Parkinson’s disease with supportive group discussion and connection. Care partners and adult family members are encouraged to attend alongside the person with PD.

📍 Location: Virtual (via Zoom)

This group is open to any adult diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease within the last 5 years, along with their care partner and/or adult family members.
➡️ Pre-registration is required. There is no cost to attend, but participants are expected to commit to all 8 sessions.
