Connect with the Care Team is a casual presentation with Q&A provided by the APDA Florida Chapter. Parkinson's Care Team providers bring their expertise on a variety of subjects and topics to consider during yours or a loved ones PD journey. CWCT is intended for Person's with Parkinson's, thier Care Partners, families and friends looking to support persons impacted with Parkinson's.
CWCT will speak to experts in each portion of the Care Team:
Movement disorders specialist, or neurologist
Physical therapists
Occupational therapists/ Speech Therapists
Nutritionists
Psychosocial support/social worker
Exercise instructor(s)
Primary care doctors
Home health aide agencies
and others!
