About This Event
The Colony Hotel Palm Beach was transformed into a festive, family-friendly holiday extravaganza.
Activities included:
- Trunk show with Dolce & Gabbana Children's Collection
- Photos with Santa
- FreshRx flower arranging
- Wreath-making
- Chocolate and candy station
- Holiday bake shop and tea party
- Lego building bar and store
- Cupcake and cookie decorating
- Jewelry and bracelet-making with Logan Tay
Proceeds from the event will benefited Fuller Center, whose mission has been to embrace, educate, and empower hardworking, under-resourced families and children to reach their full potential by building a positive future through education for more than 1000 children (infants through teens) annually. The Fuller Center reaches more than 600 families in more than 40 zip codes throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
Most recently, Fuller Center is proudly exceeding expectations with a 100% kindergarten readiness rate for our Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) graduates, while only 43% of kindergarteners statewide were considered ready to start school this fall.
On Saturday, October 25, a dozen stores along South County Road hosted a fun “Shopping Block Party” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participating stores included – Abby’s on the Island, Aristokids, Asha, Classic Bookshop, C.Orrico, Julia Amory, Lori Jayne, Mark Russell, The Nix Palm Beach, PB Boys Club, Pepa London, Peterbrooke Chocolatier and Well Made Home – offering exclusive discounts, giveaways, and other special incentives to shoppers throughout the event.
