We’re rolling with OWN IT! Teen Transitioning to Adulthood, a program in partnership with Phoenix Children’s Hospital, focused on helping teens and young adults feel more confident managing their care while staying connected to the community.
This monthly program is open to ages 14–25 (siblings welcome) and is built around AZBD’s OWN IT! framework to help individuals own their SELF through building self-awareness, empowerment, and leadership, and follow through as they move toward adulthood.
In March, we’ll be hosting an Infusion Boot Camp focused on building hands-on skills and independence. This is a great opportunity to grow confidence, practice in a supportive environment, and take another step toward managing your own care.
