Joining a support group is a great way to connect with others who understand what you are going through, learn about Parkinson disease and ways to cope with the challenges that come with having PD. APDA Support Groups are free of charge.
This is a hybrid group that meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 12:00pm at the Rock Road Branch Library. You can choose to meet in-person or virtually.
Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the in-person meeting address and a link to join virtually if you prefer that method.
