Presented by American Parkinson Disease Association

2025 Illinois Exercise Class Registration

Details

When you join an exercise class, it is a great way to improve your balance and flexibility and it may just stave off your symptom a little longer.  Please be sure to note the level of the class and match that with your abilities.

LEVEL 1: Participants exercise seated or standing with support. Movements are done at a pace and intensity that are appropriate for each participant.

LEVEL 2: Participants must be able to walk and stand up from a chair without assistance. Most exercises are done standing.

LEVEL 3: Higher intensity, faster paced classes where participants perform multiple step exercises and may get on/off the floor.

You can check out the class descriptions HERE, on our website

Some classes meet virtually via zoom and others meet at locations across Missouri.

Our classes are made possible by our generous donors, and we encourage you to support our exercise programming as you are able.
