About this Loan
Fadi Enwiya's innovative idea is to launch Enishke's first mobile coffee caravan, bringing high-quality specialty coffee, refreshing iced drinks, fresh juices, and homemade sweets to the community. By roasting his own beans, he’ll deliver unique flavors and unmatched freshness. The caravan will be stationed along the main road leading to Enishke’s popular cave and casino, frequented by locals and tourists alike during the summer. It will serve as a welcoming stop for coffee enthusiasts, hikers, and curious travelers seeking a delightful break. Join us in making this vision a reality!
A Message from Fadi Enwiya
My name is Fadi Enwiya, I am 24 years old, and I’m from Enishke village. I recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, and I have skills in web development, graphic design, and accounting. In addition to that, I have over two years of experience working in cafés, and I currently work as a café manager, where I manage operations, prepare drinks, and provide customer service. Even though I work hard, my current job doesn’t provide enough income to grow or save. That’s why I decided to use my skills, passion, and experience to start a small, meaningful project near my home a mobile coffee shop in my village. I already own a white caravan, and I plan to transform it into a beautiful, professional coffee station, offering: high-quality hot and iced drinks, homemade desserts and juices, a unique Assyrian roasted coffee. This project is more than just a business. It’s a way to support my family with a stable income, celebrate our Assyrian identity and culture through a modern product, bring more life, visitors, and movement into Enishke village and build a foundation for my future, using the skills I’ve developed.
Project Name & Branding
The café will be called Roots (Shoor-sha). This name is inspired by our Assyrian Chaldean Syriac heritage, our deep connection to this land, and our identity as a people with one of the world’s oldest civilizations. For thousands of years, our roots have remained strong in this region through history, struggle, and resilience. Just like roots give life and strength to a tree, this café will be a source of energy, culture, and pride in Enishke. The brand will combine modern design with Assyrian cultural meaning. From the logo to the flavors, everything will reflect stability, memory, and growth. “Roots” is not just a name it’s a statement that we are still here, we belong here, and we’re building a future on the legacy of our ancestors.

Our Mission
The Microloan Program is designed to uplift aspiring Assyrian entrepreneurs by providing the financial support and community backing needed to start and grow small businesses. By breaking cycles of hardship, this initiative creates pathways to self-sufficiency, stability, and long-term economic independence.
The program operates on a simple, impactful model: recipients receive a microloan in which 20% is forgivable, while 80% is repaid over 27 months. Beyond funding, we emphasize collaboration and accountability—fostering a strong support network through group engagement and shared progress.
In many cases, the program enables individuals to remain in their homeland, applying their skills to strengthen local industries such as agriculture. By investing in people where they are, we help build sustainable local economies and reduce the need for migration.
More than a financial tool, the Microloan Program cultivates connection, resilience, and collective growth—uniting Assyrians working together to expand opportunity and economic capacity.
Thanks to the generosity of donors like you, this initiative continues to transform lives. We invite you to support and share this vital program as we build a future rooted in dignity, empowerment, and possibility—together.
