Golden Class of 1976 Reunion Weekend Registration

Congratulations to the Alcorn State University Class of 1976 on the 50th Anniversary of your graduation! To honor this milestone, the University invites all class members to return to the Lorman campus for its Golden Class Reunion Weekend on May 7-9, 2026. 

Your class will commemorate its Golden Anniversary at 9 a.m. CST on Saturday, May 9, 2026, by participating in the university's Spring 2026 Commencement Exercises in the Davey L. Whitney Complex.

The reunion also serves as a celebration as we bid farewell to the graduating Class of 2026 during the University's commencement ceremonies.

Join us in commemorating this significant achievement and reconnecting with the Alcorn family! 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

To participate in the weekend's activities, the following first twoitems must be completed by all class members:

1. Effective June 1, 2025, all Golden Class Reunion Weekend participants must give a minimum gift of $1,000 to the class endowment. Click HERE to donate securely online.
2. Registration is open until Wednesday, April 8, 2026. The Registration Fee is $200, which includes a $50 Commencement Regalia Fee. 
3. Regalia pickup will be from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the Golden Class of 1976 Alumni Weekend registration table in Vicksburg, MS; Friday, May 8, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Bowles Hall, Room 121, and from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the Davey L. Whitney Arena, Room 100. 

Commencement Rehearsal is Friday, May 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Davey L. Whitney HPER Complex.
