Homecoming 2026 Food Truck Vendor Payment (Friday Event)

We are excited to invite you to participate in Alcorn State University Homecoming 2026! Please review the event details and vendor requirements below.

Event Information
Friday, October 9, 2026 – Homecoming Day Party & Concert
•    Event Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
•    Vendor Arrival/Check-In: 2:00 PM
•    Location: Alcorn State University

Vendor Fee
•    $100.00 Food Truck Vendor Fee
Required Documents — Due September 20, 2026

All vendors must submit the following documentation:
•    Proof of Insurance
•    ServSafe Certification
•    Current Health Department Inspection

Check-In & On-Campus Process
Upon arrival to campus:
1.    Food truck vendors will be directed to the designated campus parking area located on the left upon entering campus.
2.    Vendors will complete the required verification/check-in process.
3.    Vendors will be greeted by Fire Chief White and/or Campus Police Chief Steward.
4.    Campus Police will escort each vendor to their assigned setup location.
