On behalf of the students of St. John the Baptist Catholic School, I would like to request a donation from your business for our 27th Annual Benefit Gala to be held at the Von Braun Center Saturn Ballroom in Huntsville, Saturday, February 28, 2026.
St. John’s is an accredited, non-profit, Pre-K–8 school located in Madison, Alabama. (Federal Tax ID 86-3952393). The school is fully dependent on tuition, church subsidy, fundraising and charitable gifts to support its educational programs and operations. All funds raised from the Benefit Gala directly benefit our students. In addition to raising money through ticket sales, games, raffles and sponsorships, the Benefit Gala features both silent and live auctions. Both auctions depend on donated items to make them a success.
Any donation given by profitable and respected businesses like yours will be used for silent auction baskets or for Gala games. These items will be viewed and bid upon by hundreds of patrons attending the Gala. The silent auction is the major fundraiser at the event, and our goal is to generate enough donations through vendor and parent support to present 300 items for the auction.
How do you benefit from donating to St. John’s Annual Benefit Gala?
1) Your business will receive a tax deduction on the retail price of each item that is donated. 2) Your business will receive FREE advertising on the program handed out to hundreds of Gala guests. Guests will be exposed to your advertising several times during the night as they use the program for their auction paddle that evening.
