3rd Annual Nine & Dine Golf Outing

LOCATION: Timber Point Golf Course, 398 Great River Road, Great River, NY  11739

TEE TIME: 3:30pm
DINNER: 6:30-9:30pm

REGISTRATION:
Single golfer: $250 per person
Dinner ONLY tickets: $150 per person

WHAT IS INCLUDED PER GOLFER: Registrants will play on nine holes and includes cart and green fees. Buffet dinner with open bar following.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:  Depending on level, sponsorship benefits can include golf registration, dinner only tickets and recognition benefits. See the outlined opportunities at registration.

WHAT ELSE WILL HAPPEN AT THE EVENT? We will have raffle baskets, silent auction items, a 50/50 and mulligans for sale. Please note: cash is required for any entry into the 50/50.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT WILL YOU ACCEPT AT THE EVENT? We accept cash , checks, Venmo, debit and credit cards for all purchases. Cash only accepted for entry into the 50/50. Donations to Autism Communities are accepted in any form and appreciated.

DO I HAVE TO BUY A TICKET IN ADVANCE OR DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN'S? Anyone interested in attending MUST register in advance. We are unable to accept walk-in's. 

IS THERE A REGISTRATION DEADLINE? Yes, the registration deadline is September 3, 2025 or earlier on golfers if we meet our maximum number. We have limited availability, so early registration is strongly suggested. Should the event sell out, we can include you on a waiting list. 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL, CAN I GET A REFUND? Sorry, your ticket/s are non-refundable - however, you may transfer your ticket to someone else and inform us who will be utilizing your entry.

WHY ATTEND? Not only will you have a fantastic time, but all proceeds from the event directly benefit Autism Communities. By participating, you will be helping us continue our mission in facilitating inclusive, sustainable housing opportunities, plus social and educational programs for young adults with autism and intellectual developmental disabilities. Together, we can create brighter futures and open up opportunities for those we serve!

I WOULD LIKE TO GET INVOLVED. HOW CAN I HELP AT THIS EVENT? We are seeking volunteers to help pre-event in the planning and securing of raffle items, sponsorship opportunities and attendees for golf and dinner. Also, volunteers are needed day of to help with set-up, clean-up and registration. Please contact us to volunteer.
