About This Event

Experience an evening of deep relaxation in the beautiful, nature-inspired setting of the Schenley Park Visitor Center. Led by Monique Mead and Anitra Birnbaum, this immersive sound bath features crystal singing bowls, soothing violin serenades, and other resonant instruments to create a peaceful, restorative soundscape.

No experience needed: just lie down and let the sounds carry you away. 

Please bring a yoga mat or camping pad, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you relax comfortably. Chairs will also be available.

Proceeds benefit Azure Concerts, a program of Autism-Pittsburgh that provides free concerts for all ages, abilities and behaviors.
