Protecting Community Living — Our Home, Our Choice, Our Lives

This rally will bring the disability community together to emphasize the importance of ensuring that Hoosiers with disabilities have meaningful opportunities to live, work, participate, and receive the supports they need in their own homes and communities.

During the October 27 virtual meeting, we will discuss:

• The purpose and goals of the November 17 rally
• Why protecting home- and community-based services (HCBS) matters
• Current concerns facing Hoosiers who rely on Medicaid waivers and other community supports
• How individuals, families, providers, and advocates can participate
• What to expect when attending the rally at the Statehouse
• Ways to share your personal story and advocate effectively
• How we can work together to make our voices heard by Indiana policymakers
