Applying Practical Guidelines in Daily Life
Join an enlightening workshop on the practical wisdom of Ayurveda led by His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda. His Holiness will reveal a unique angle of Ayurveda that allows for a better understanding of how to apply Ayurveda as a home-based science.
Ayurveda was originally disclosed by the sages (rishis) as a science of epigenetics to guide cultural evolution using a primarily plant-based diet aimed at overriding the limitations of a meandering genetic evolution.
While genetic evolution remains slow, we now understand that gene expression is dynamic. Through epigenetic mechanisms, environmental inputs like breath, drinks, food along with lifestyle, can turn genes “on” or “off.” This can impact health across a lifetime, and even across generations.
His Holiness is connected to the Varanasi tradition of Dhanvantari (Lord of Ayurveda) and will share rare teachings of wellness practices that he has personally lived and applied while developing his Siddha Kriyayoga practices for advanced meditation.

About Your Adept Teacher
His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda is a Himalayan siddha monk, who hails from unbroken lineages of the combined heritage of rishi sages and nath meditation adepts. He has directly learnt the Himalayan Kriyayoga meditation system from Tryambaknāth, (popularly known as Mahavatar Babaji) who is a deathless Himalayan siddha who has since relocated to Dhruvaloka during October 2015, after staying nearly 2000 years on earth.
Currently, His Holiness is developing Sambhala Online University based on the teachings from Jñanā-gañja, a siddha enclave located in Tibet, east of Limpiadhura Pass bordering India.
He is among the very few adepts outside of India who has been awarded the degree of DLitt et Phil (Mahāmahopādhyāya) by the erstwhile President of the Association of Indian Universities and by the Sanskrit scholars of Calcutta, India.
