We’re still in the thick of puppy and kitten season and every day, more vulnerable animals are arriving at Texas Humane Heroes.
So far in 2026, we've taken in 453 unweaned puppies and kittens who were too young to survive on their own. Many arrived without their mothers and require around-the-clock care, bottle feedings, specialized nutrition, and lifesaving medical attention.
We’re asking our community of HEROES to help us keep saying "yes."
Many of these babies are just days or weeks old. Others are newly weaned but still need food, medical care, and a safe place to grow until they're ready for loving homes.
