Pawsitive Flow: A Baltimore Humane Society Yoga Friend-Raiser

This will be a one-hour outdoor yoga session on May 31 (10-11am) led by Julianne Sterrett of Baltimore Hot Yoga & Wellness. Located on our beautiful 365-acre property in bucolic Reisterstown, Maryland.

Suggested donation of $12 ($1 for each month of the year BHS cares for homeless pets) with all proceeds supporting Baltimore Humane Society's shelter operations. Cash donations will be accepted on the day of the event.

Expect:  A simple vinyasa: breathing, seated, kneeling, standing, floor sequence then relaxation. Please bring your own mat.

*No downward dogs from our shelter pups this time! This yoga event is just for humans, while our animals relax in the shelter.*
