BFF Sporting Clays Event

Registration ends Friday, 05/01/2026 11:59pm EDT

About This Event

Join Barber Family Foundation on May 8, 2026 for our Spring fundraiser event:
Sporting Clays

A Day of Sporting Clays Shooting

Festivities will take place at Prince George's County Trap and Skeet Center in Glenn Dale, MD. Proceeds from this event will benefit Barber Family Foundation's Scholarship recipients.

Every year, Barber Family Foundation awards up to 12 college scholarships to worthy dependent students of Active Duty, Retired, and Gold Star Military Service Members. For many of these military Shining Stars, the dream of a college education is difficult without assistance.

Sporting Clays will:

1. Help us support those military families who sacrifice so much for this country.

2. Recognize and honor an individual whose life embodies the Mission of Barber Family Foundation.

Registration will open at 7:00 AM EST, and the fun will commence at 8:00 AM. Lunch will be served by noon. At this event, you will get to:

  • Try your hand at skeet shooting
  • Receive instructions if you are a beginner
  • Enjoy challenging games as a beginner or experienced shooter
  • Enjoy 50 clay shots across 10 stations
  • Enjoy a scrumptious lunch
  • Peruse and bid on spectacular Silent Auction items
  • Shoot with a purpose to raise money for a good cause

A safety briefing will be provided at the start of the event for all participants.

NOTE: WHILE YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN Firearm, NO TACTICAL STYLE WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED.

HELP US CONTINUE TO SUPPORT OUR NATION'S BRAVE MEN AND WOMEN!
