The Bay Area Worm Meeting (BAWM) is an annual one-day symposium for the San Francisco Bay Area’s C. elegans community, bringing together approximately 150 local C. elegans researchers from the UC campuses at Davis, Berkeley, Santa Cruz, and San Francisco, CSU campuses at San Jose, San Francisco, East Bay, and Fresno, Stanford University, Santa Clara University, Mills College, the Buck Institute, and even some high schools. 2026 BAWM will be held on Saturday, April 11th at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in Novato.  

Your contribution enables a key feature of this meeting: that there is no registration fee to attend! This allows many people to participate who might otherwise be prohibited by cost, often making BAWM the first symposium experience for many of our attendees. We are so grateful for your support!

Sponsorship levels:

• Bronze: $250-500: acknowledgement on promotional materials, event program, website, and Sponsor List displayed between talks.  

• Silver: $501-$1000: the Bronze benefits, plus a table on site at the meeting.

• Gold: Over $1000: the Silver benefits, plus a dedicated acknowledgement slide for your company to be displayed during breaks and at the start and end of the event.
