On September 20th, 2025, I’ll be hitting the dance floor at Boca’s Ballroom Battle with a big goal and even bigger motivation. I’ve committed to raising $300,000—enough to provide life-changing support for 150 Snow Scholars through the George Snow Scholarship Fund. These students aren’t just names on a list; they’re young people right here in our community who are striving for a brighter future against extraordinary odds.
This isn’t just about scholarships. The George Snow Scholarship Fund delivers wraparound resources that most students only dream of—things like laptops, professional clothing, emergency funds, mental health support, and a steady stream of personal encouragement. Many of these scholars come from single-parent households, foster care, or have faced hardships like homelessness or being caretakers themselves—all while excelling in school.
Dancing in this event is especially meaningful to me because the George Snow Scholarship Fund has been a part of my family’s life for decades. My brother, Kyle Stewart, serves on the board and danced in the 2020 Ballroom Battle. This year, we’re making history as the first siblings to ever compete in the event’s 18-year legacy—and yes, I’m aiming to outdance and out-raise him!
It’s not about my footwork—it’s about fundraising! The real winner is the dancer who raises the most money. Please consider making a donation and help me take the top spot. Every donation—big or small—brings us closer to helping more students succeed in school, in life, and beyond.
I’ve been training hard—practicing four days a week for the past four months—with amazing instructors at Fred Astaire and my talented dance partner, Sebastian. Every spin, dip, and footwork fail has been fueled by the thought of the students this fundraiser supports.
I’m proud to call Boca Raton and Delray Beach home. I live in Delray with my husband, Nate, and our two daughters, Grace (8) and Elle (6), who are already my biggest cheerleaders. Our whole family is deeply connected to the George Snow Scholarship Fund. My parents, Rick and Jeannine, and I sponsor an annual Stewart Family Scholarship, and we’ve all seen firsthand how powerful this organization is in shaping lives.
