Gina Harrow is the Executive Director of Yellow Ribbon Fund (YRF), a role that she has filled with distinction. She blends her professional leadership with personal experiences that resonate with those she serves. Over the past eight years, she has taken the YRF to new heights, widening the scope of its support services for services members and their families.
Previously, she made her mark as the Deputy Executive Director and the Keystone Program Director, leading the creation of a comprehensive suite of transitional services. Her initiatives have included health and wellness education, family retreats, and peer support, reaching caregivers in multiple regional locations. Her work is grounded in genuine understanding, as her leadership style has been shaped by her own experiences with the challenges faced by so many others in the veteran community.
Before joining YRF, Gina built a strong foundation in business operations and financial management through her work with SAP Concur and American Express and her B.A. in Finance from St. John’s University. This unique combination of corporate expertise and personal insight has not only propelled the mission of YRF forward but has also earned her national recognition for work with the veteran space. In 2023, she was honored as one of the Nation’s Finest 50, a testament to her advocacy and dedication to veterans.

Gina currently lives in sunny Boca Raton, FL, with her husband, Capt Ben Harrow (ret), and their two children.
