About This Event
Join us for the 4th Annual BBQ & Baskets, Addis Jemari Teen Board’s signature fundraising event!
Pre-order your choice of delicious chopped pork BBQ or, NEW this year, pulled BBQ chicken! Each plate comes with baked beans, mac & cheese, hush puppies, and slaw — everything you need for a great BBQ meal!
You can also order chopped pork BBQ or pulled BBQ chicken by the pound! Stock your freezer! Our BBQ is perfect for easy weekday dinners, family gatherings, or game-day meals. It freezes beautifully, so order an extra pound or two to enjoy later.
Pick up your plates and pounds on Sunday, November 8, anytime from 11:30 AM–4:00 PM. Take your BBQ to go or stay and enjoy the fun! We’ll have themed raffle baskets, a bake sale, lawn games, face painting, music, AJ Marketplace shopping, our Christmas in Ethiopia kickoff, and more.
Best of all, 100% of proceeds support the Teen Board’s Education Drive, helping provide school shoes, backpacks, school supplies, tutoring supplies, and tutoring for more than 100 students in Addis Jemari’s programs in Ethiopia.
