Mutton Bustin' Rules & Registration

Registration

• Online registration closes November 10, 2026.
• Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• No walk-up riders on day of event.
• Only 15 riders will be accepted for each performance.
• Registration is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation.

Eligibility

• Riders must be 4–8 years old.
• Riders must weigh 55 pounds or less.

Entry Options

🐑 Saturday Performance

• Saturday, November 14, 2026
• Performance: 6:00 PM
• Entry Fee: $100
• Includes:
  • One Mutton Bustin' ride
  • 4 General Admission tickets

🐑 Sunday Performance

• Sunday, November 15, 2026
• Performance: 12:30 PM
• Entry Fee: $75
• Includes:
  • One Mutton Bustin' ride
  • 4 General Admission tickets

🐑 Ride Both Days

Riders may compete in both performances.

Total Entry Fee: $175

Includes:

• One Saturday ride
• One Sunday ride
• 8 General Admission tickets (4 tickets for each registered performance)

Additional Sibling Registration

Families may register additional children for only $25 each after purchasing one regular-priced entry ($100 Saturday, $75 Sunday, or $175 Both Days).

Sibling Registration Includes:

• One Mutton Bustin' ride in the selected performance.
• No additional admission tickets are included.

Important:

• At least one child per family must be registered at the regular entry fee before sibling pricing is available.
• The $25 sibling discount applies only to additional children from the same immediate family.

Admission Tickets

Regular entries include:

• Saturday Entry: 4 General Admission tickets
• Sunday Entry: 4 General Admission tickets
• Both Days Entry: 8 General Admission tickets

Sibling entries do not include admission tickets.

Check-In

Contestants must check in behind the main rodeo arena chutes with one accompanying adult.

• Saturday riders: Check in by 5:30 PM for the 6:00 PM performance.
• Sunday riders: Check in by 12:00 PM for the 12:30 PM performance.

Rider Requirements

Contestants must wear:

• Long-sleeve shirt
• Jeans or long pants
• Boots or closed-toe shoes
• Approved helmet (bicycle or skateboard helmets are acceptable)

Not permitted:

• Flip-flops or sandals
• Bull ropes
• Rope straps
• Halters
• Any additional riding equipment

Riders must remain forward facing during the ride.

Event Rules

• A parent or legal guardian must sign the liability waiver before participating.
• Eligible rides lasting six (6) seconds will be scored by the judges.
• No refunds will be issued.
• The event will be held rain or shine.
