About This Event

This event is sold out! But tickets are still available for Monday's nights event! Click here to register for Monday's event at Thomas More.

Join us for an evening with “The Pope’s Astronomer”! Brother Guy is an American research astronomer, physicist, and religious brother who currently serves as the director of the Vatican Observatory in Rome. As both a leading scientist and churchman, he offers a compelling and unique perspective on the compatibility of deep faith and scientific rigor. With humor and wit, he will lead us on a journey through the universe, reflecting on the beauty and order inherent in it and what they tell us about the origin and meaning of all things. The presentation will be followed by a live Q&A.

Join us on Tuesday, October 29th at 7 p.m. at Xavier University in The Kennedy Auditorium. The Kennedy Auditorium is located in Xavier’s Conaton Learning Commons, Room 412.
