Farmers Market - Vendor Registration
Join us for the Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 9 AM to 12 PM at Town Square in Belle Glade!
We’re bringing together local growers, makers, small businesses, food vendors, and community organizations for a morning of shopping, community, and supporting local.
Whether you offer fresh produce, plants and flowers, baked goods, handmade items, arts and crafts, specialty foods, or other products, we invite you to apply to be part of the market.
Vendor Fees:
Market Vendor (Non-Food) - $50
Food Tent / Food Truck Vendor - $75
The application deadline is November 7, 2026. Payment is due at the time of application and vendor fees are non-refundable. Space assignments will be made by the event coordinator, and approved vendors will receive confirmation and space details prior to the event.
Vendor Set-Up & Equipment
Electricity is not provided. Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own power source or generator. Vendors are also responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, tent weights, and any other equipment needed for their space.
Certificate of Insurance Required
All vendors are required to provide a current Certificate of Insurance listing both the Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce and the City of Belle Glade as additional insured. The certificate must be submitted as part of the application process.
Vendor Acknowledgement & Agreement
By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and the Chamber reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on event needs, available space, duplicate products, and vendor guidelines. Vendor acceptance does not guarantee exclusivity for any particular product or item.
Vendors also acknowledge that booth fees are non-refundable if the Farmers Market is cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond the Chamber's control and agree to release the Farmers Market, its members, and representatives from liability related to participation. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required licenses and certificates, collecting and paying applicable taxes, and complying with applicable State of Florida laws, rules, and regulations.
