Additional Info

  • Registration Required. Each member of your party must register separately.

  • Meeting Point: Meet at the parking area on the north side of PA 198, across the highway from the Woodcock Dam access. Coordinates: (41.703216, -80.100566)

For All Bird Walks:

  • Registration Required. Each member of your party must register separately.

  • Our birding is done at a slow pace, and usually over a short distance.

  • All walks run rain or shine unless weather conditions are too dangerous to safely be out or too poor for the birds to be out.

  • Dress for the weather. Layers are a good choice.

  • Wear comfortable footwear that you don’t mind possibly getting a little muddy.

  • Please make sure we have a way to contact you in case we need to make any changes; typically, emails are sent out the night before if any changes are required.

  • Please arrive on time to your walk so we can get in as much birding as possible.

These walks are open to everyone, but limited to 10 participants. We kindly ask that if you enjoy your walk with Chris that you consider a donation so we may continue to offer events like this in the future. Thank you!
