Please join us for a webinar on patient rights and Disability Rights Maryland’s recent investigation report about the Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center.

We conducted a two-year investigation into one of Maryland’s forensic psychiatric hospitals, the Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center. The investigation was launched after receiving numerous complaints of abuse and neglect, including alleged violations of several basic rights.

We'll share our findings and recommendations.
